Tickets for SV Wehen Wiesbaden home matches can be purchased in advance via our online shop https://svww.de/tickets, at our offices during opening hours as well as at all recognised retail outlets. On matchdays, our ticket box office opens 90 minutes before kick-off. 

Tickets for the home section entitle the holder to enter through all entrances, with the following exceptions:

1. Spectators with a VIP ticket may only use the VIP entrance (E3.2).
2. Spectators with an away ticket should use the away entrance (E1).

Important information:

• For safety reasons, all spectators must agree to a full search of their person. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the security staff.
• It is not permitted to enter the north stand with fan colours and/or paraphernalia of the away club. If access to the stand is denied for this reason, SVWW is unable to provide replacement seats. Furthermore, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
• Smoking is prohibited in the O9 family block.

Fans with a disability:

Unfortunately there are no spaces for wheelchair users in our section for away fans. Also, please note that access to the section for away fans is not barrier-free; this part of the stadium can only be reached by stairs. If you are interested in tickets for our wheelchair spaces, please contact our colleagues in the ticketing department (tel. 0611 50 40 10, email: info@svww.de). The wheelchair spaces are located in front of the main stand and access is via entrance 4 on Berliner Straße. The parking lot for fans with a disability is also located in the immediate vicinity.

The following items can be brought into the BRITA Arena:

• Small flag poles up to 1.5m in height
• Small banners up to 1.5m in height
• Double support up to 1.5m in height
• Three large flags per standing block 
• Two drums
• One megaphone
• Belt pouches and digital cameras without interchangeable lens

Belts are not permitted for fastening drums, for example. Accordingly, please use fabric adhesive tape/duct tape for this purpose.

Furthermore, it is forbidden to take and carry snap hooks/carabiners on banners, rucksacks, bags and oversized handbags (maximum DIN A4) into the BRITA-Arena. We kindly ask you to leave these things directly in the car/bus in order to make entrance and exit to and from the stadium as simple as possible.

Banners may be hung on the block's front fence, the perimeter walls and the rear wall. However, the banners must be B1 classified. It is not permitted to hang banners over evacuation and rescue passages, which are marked in blue throughout the stadium. The away team's fan representatives are allowed to enter the area for away fans in order to help with the mounting of banners and assist with the implementation of the regulations outlined here.

Banners made of wallpaper are not permitted!

It is also prohibited to take backpacks, bags and large handbags into the BRITA Arena. We therefore request that you leave these items in your car/bus so as to make entry and exit to and from the stadium easier.

• If choreographed displays and/or banners are planned, we kindly ask you to register them with the club's fan support department up to ten days before the match. Evidence must be provided in any case. Banners made of wallpaper are not allowed!
• If you have a fan photographer, please register their attendance in advance by giving their name to the fan support department.

Should the stadium regulations be violated and/or agreements not kept, SV Wehen Wiesbaden reserves the right to restrict or completely prohibit fan items at the next fixture.
