Tickets for SV Wehen Wiesbaden home matches can be purchased in advance via our online shop https://svww.de/tickets, at our offices during opening hours as well as at all recognised retail outlets. On matchdays, our ticket box office opens 90 minutes before kick-off. 

Tickets for the home section entitle the holder to enter through all entrances, with the following exceptions:

1. Spectators with a VIP ticket may only use the VIP entrance (E3.2).
2. Spectators with an away ticket should use the away entrance (E1).

Important information:

• For safety reasons, all spectators must agree to a full search of their person. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the security staff.
• It is not permitted to enter the north stand with fan colours and/or paraphernalia of the away club. If access to the stand is denied for this reason, SVWW is unable to provide replacement seats. Furthermore, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
• Smoking is prohibited in the O9 family block.

Extract - A more detailed list of prohibited items can be found in the BRITA Arena Stadium Regulations. The following items are not allowed to be brought into the stadium grounds:

• Non-collapsible umbrellas; fully collapsible umbrellas are permitted.
• Suitcases, bags and backpacks larger than A4 size or measuring more than 297mm x 210mm and with a maximum depth of 150mm.
• Bulky items such as ladders, stools, chairs, boxes, prams, bicycles, bicycle and motorcycle helmets, walking frames (wheelchairs can only be brought into the wheelchair area).
• Telescopic rods of any kind (e.g. selfie sticks), as well as drones and other flying objects
• Bottles (including plastic and PET bottles); non-alcoholic beverages with a maximum volume of 0.5 litres can be brought into the stadium in a carton or a Tetra-Pak.
• Fireworks, torches, rockets, smoke powder, flares, smoke candles, sparklers and other pyrotechnic articles.
• Articles which can be used to prevent the identification of an individual.
• All cameras with interchangeable lenses as well as medium and large format cameras; also not permitted are all video cameras for recording moving images (film cameras). Mobile phones with camera function and compact cameras are permitted, unless they are equipped with an interchangeable lens. Any commercial use, no matter in which way and by whom, requires the prior written consent of the organiser.

We have a limited number of drop-off points at our ticket offices/turnstiles where prohibited items may be deposited during your visit to the BRITA-Arena.
